Juan C. Sanchez (Playwright)
studied theater at Florida State University and New World School of
the Arts, and is heavily involved in the Miami theater scene. Written
as part of Downstage Miami, a program administered by the Miami-Dade
Cultural Affairs Council that provides support to Miami-based playwrights,
Juan developed Buck Fever under the mentorship of Leslie Ayvazian,
Eduardo Machado and A.R. Gurney. This past year, he served as a preliminary
judge in the playwriting track for the NFAA's A.R.T.S Competition.

at The Blue Heron Arts Center in the fall of 2005.
