                                              JENNIFER CONLEY DARLING is the Artistic Director of terraNOVA Collective and led the creation of its two pillar programs, Groundbreakers Playwrights Group, a weekly writers workshop aiding in the development of full-length plays and solo shows, and soloNOVA Arts Festival, a multi-disciplinary festival showcasing the best in solo work, now the longest running solo festival in NYC. Other producing credits include: undergroundzero festival (PS 122), Theatre Communication Group’s Free Night of Theater NYC (freenightnyc.net), MobilityShifts: An International Future of Learning Summit for The New School (mobilityshifts.org). Production Management credits include private concerts & events with Tony Bennett, Katy Perry & Mario Lopez through Hollywood Pop Gallery. She is a board member of the League of Independent Theater, an advocacy organization for Indie Theater (www.litny.org). She is also an alum of Women’s Project’s Producers Lab. Her acting credits include: Buried Words by Karen Smith Vastola (2011 NYFringe), Feeder: A Love Story by James Carter (HERE); Baby Steps by James Carter (Theatre Row); Atwater Project by Lucy Gillespie (Reading, PS122); Our Bar by Charles O’Hara (Midwest Tour); Good Person of Szechwan by Brecht; all with terraNOVA, Film, TV & Webisode credits include The In-Betweens of Holly Malone (On the Leesh), Babyshakes & The Return of MacDaddy (Slamdance); Guiding Light and As the World Turns.

                                              JESSI D. HILL is terraNOVA's Groundbreakers Program Director and a freelance theatre director. Latest productions include the world premiere of Refrain by Melisa Tien at The Wild Project, Sladjana Vujovic's The Tender Mercies (One Year Lease at Teatro Circulo), Mia McCullough's Lucinda's Bed (Chicago Dramatists), Alena Smith's It or Her (terraNOVA Collective at ps122, 1 NYIT Award nomination), Jeff Grow's Creating Illusion (terraNOVA Collective at DR2 and Touring, 2 NYIT Awards),  Johnna Adams' Angel Eaters (Flux Theatre Ensemble, 6 NYIT Award Nominations), The Children's Hour (Astoria Performing Arts Center), and King Lear (Lakeside Shakespeare Theatre). Jessi's recent and upcoming play development projects include work at New York Theatre Workshop, Primary Stages, The New Group, Culture Project, New Dramatists, The Lark, The Playwrights Realm, Youngblood and many others. She has recently been Artistic Director of Stage Left Theatre (Chicago), Staff Repertory Director for The Acting Company, a Director-in-Residence at Ensemble Studio Theatre, and a guest director for professional actor training programs including Fordham University, Powerhouse/NY Stage & Film, NYU/Tisch and Strasberg Institute of Theatre & Film.   She is currently a member of the Women's Project Directors Lab and an Affiliated Artist at New Georges.  Jessi is a recipient of the Denham Fellowship from the Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation.  MFA Directing: Yale. Member SDC. www.jessidhill.com
