JENNIFER CONLEY DARLING is a veteran producer of live events, conferences, theatrical presentations, and a non-profit strategist and fundraiser. As the Executive Director of the award-winning terraNOVA Collective, she has led the creation of its two pillar programs, Groundbreakers Playwrights Group, a weekly writers workshop aiding in the development of full-length plays and solo shows, and soloNOVA Arts Festival, a multi-disciplinary festival showcasing the best in solo work, the longest running solo festival in NYC. Clients currently include: Battle Creek Community Foundation, Eastend Studio & Gallery, Franke Center for the Arts, Real Estate One Rosemary David, Second Bolt, and Starr Commonwealth.

LISA BUCHS is a fundraising consultant specializing in institutional fundraising. Her experience includes successful grant writing and partnership development, ranging from local family foundations to major national foundations and corporations. She works with a variety of organizations, specializing in human service, education, and arts organizations. Specific areas of expertise include homelessness, women's issues, nutrition education, arts education, and performing arts. She has supported organizations at all stages of organizational development, whether growing their revenue base, diversifying their revenue sources, or securing their first grant. A selection of past and current clients include Lakeview Orchestra, Studio Theatre Company, Mosaic Theater Company, Common Threads, and North Shore Chamber Music Festival.
Lisa began her career serving through AmeriCorps, developing a commitment to community service and activism. During her AmeriCorps service, she worked with a small town on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, to secure a state grant for the purchase of land to build a community garden. This launched her now more than a decade of experience in developing and writing successful grant proposals. Lisa holds a B.A. in English and Communication Studies from Bethany Lutheran College, and in 2014, she was recognized by NonProfit PRO (formerly Fundraising Success Magazine) with their Rising Star Award. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and long-distance bicycle touring, and recently completed her first cross-country ride from Canada to Mexico on the west coast. |
CATHY BOVITZ is a project manager. Cathy’s work history includes corporate promotional marketing for Discover Card and the Kellogg Company, substitute teaching in K-12 classrooms and teaching a middle school drama class. She received her BA from the University of Michigan and completed the post Bachelor paralegal certification program at Lansing Community College.

YOUNG PARK is a Digital Strategist and Technical Producer who applies her knowledge in journalism/media, coding, and design to communicate across a wide spectrum of B2B/B2C networks. As a strong advocate for community-based projects, she has worked extensively in the nonprofit sector with organizations such as The American Slavery Project, Vera List Center, terraNOVA Collective, and the Youngish Professionals Committee. Originally Young is rooted in the entertainment industry and has collaborated with many local and national brands including Euphoria Festival, SXSW and Wolf Tree Film Festival, even being featured in Eventbrite's: “6 Social Media Habits of Successful Festival Organizers.”
