JENNIFER CONLEY DARLING is the Producing Artistic Director of terraNOVA Collective and has led the creation of its two pillar programs, Groundbreakers Playwrights Group, a weekly writers workshop and soloNOVA Arts Festival, a multi-disciplinary festival showcasing the best in solo work, now the longest running solo festival in NYC. Other producing credits include: undergroundzero festival (PS 122), Theatre Communication Group’s Free Night of Theater NYC (freenightnyc.net), MobilityShifts: An International Future of Learning Summit for The New School (mobilityshifts.org). Production Management credits include private concerts & events with John Mellancamp, Tony Bennett, Katy Perry & Mario Lopez through Hollywood Pop Gallery. She is a board member of the League of Independent Theater, an advocacy organization for Indie Theater (www.litny.org). She is also an alum of Women’s Project’s Producers Lab. JESSI D. HILL is terraNOVA's Associate Artistic Director and a theatre director based in New York City. Latest new play productions include Alicia Jo Rabin's A Kaddish for Bernie Madoff (Joe's Pub), We Play for the Gods (co-creator, The Women's Project), Melisa Tien's Refrain (The Wild Project, NYC), Sladjana Vujovic's The Tender Mercies (One Year Lease at Teatro Circulo, NYC), Mia McCullough's Lucinda's Bed (Chicago Dramatists), Alena Smith's It or Her (terraNOVA Collective at ps122, 1 NYIT Award Nomination), Jeff Grow's Creating Illusion (terraNOVA Collective at DR2, 2 NYIT Awards), Johnna Adams' Angel Eaters (Flux Theatre Ensemble, 6 NYIT Award Nominations). Jessi's recent and upcoming play development projects include work at New York Theatre Workshop, The Public, Primary Stages, The New Group, Culture Project, New Dramatists, The Lark, The Playwrights Realm, New Georges, Youngblood, and others. She has been Staff Repertory Director for The Acting Company, a Director-in-Residence at Ensemble Studio Theatre and a guest artist in many MFA/BFA training programs. Before NYC, Jessi lived and worked in Chicago for 8 years where she served as Artistic Director of Stage Left Theatre Company, an ensemble-based company dedicated to developing and producing new plays. JO CATTELL is Resident Director at terraNOVA Collective and a producer/director/writer who has worked in theatre and television in the UK, Germany, France, Las Vegas and New York. On the producing side, her experience has included working for SFX Theatricals, Clear Channel Entertainment, Sky Television, BBC, Grassmarket Project and NAMCO, on shows such as Fosse, Chicago the Musical, Tap Dogs, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Bombay Dreams and a series of award winning television documentaries on David Beckham, Michael Owen, Dwight Yorke, & Jamie Rednapp. She was Artistic Director and co-founder of BNTA, Las Vegas, for whom she has directed numerous productions. She has also worked as director/assistant director for BBC, Origin Theatre Company, Net Curtain Theatre Company, Pentabus Theatre, Andy Jordan Productions and was also Acting Coach for Cirque du Soleil.

EVA SCANLAN is a Producer of terraNOVA Collective and is from Dublin, Ireland. She produces the 24 Hour Plays in Dublin, in association with the 24 Hour Play Company, New York. Previous work as production co-ordinator includes Macbeth for Second Age Theatre Company, Dublin (Irish tour); Silent (Irish tour), Forgotten (Irish tour, New York, Boston, Washington DC, Bulgaria, Turkey, Iceland), The Pride of Parnell Street (2011 Irish tour, 2009 New York), Noah and the Tower Flower (New York), Big Ol' Piece of Cake and Strandline, all for Fishamble: The New Play Company, Dublin. Previous arts administration work includes the Arts Council of Ireland and the Corn Exchange Theatre Company. Eva has an MA in Film Production and PgDip in Business in Cultural Event Management.

KIMBERLY FAITH HICKMAN is terraNOVA's Casting Director and a freelance director and choreographer. She has worked on Broadway and Off Broadway with productions at Atlantic Theatre Company, Women's Project, Epic Theatre Ensemble, The Studio Theatre at Theatre Row, PTP/NYC at Atlantic Stage 2, as well as productions with terraNOVA Collective, The Attic Theatre Company and Horse Trade Theater Group at Under St. Marks. Regional credits: Center Theatre Group, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Westport Country Playhouse, Next Act Theatre, Springer Opera House, Off Square Theatre, Playhouse on the Square and national tours. Assistant Directing: Clybourne Park on Broadway with Pam MacKinnon, Gabriel with David Esbjornson, Smudge with Pam MacKinnon, Quartermaine's Terms with Maria Aitken, and Children with John Tillinger. She also worked on The Scottsboro Boys on Broadway, directed / choreographed by Susan Stroman.
